Returns & Exchanges

ERDEM offers a complimentary return service for all orders returned within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. We strive to make your experience as seamless as the craftsmanship of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the ERDEM shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and quality-checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
